This program is only available to South Australian businesses that are participating in a Defence Supplier Qualification Program or can demonstrate a strong connection to, or identified demand arising from, a genuine Defence requirement.

Before completing this form, please ensure you have read and follow the Defence Supplier Uplift Program Applicant Guidelines.

Please ensure you submit your form addressing all criteria and upload the necessary attachments, as incomplete or unsubmitted forms will not be accepted.

Required Attachments

This application should include the following attachments:

  1. An endorsed Uplift Plan (developed using the Defence Uplift Plan Template) including: 

    • Uplift Plan Overview 
    • Executive Summary 
    • Background 
    • Uplift Plan Details 
    • Defence Opportunity and Market Pathway 
    • Implementation & Performance Milestones 
    • Costing and Financing 
    • Risks 
  1. Quotations supporting costs (identifying local content).
  2. Previous three years’ accountant-prepared annual financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet and notes where applicable.

Closing Date & Time

Applications will close if the total funding has been allocated, or at any time determined as necessary by the Minister or their delegate having full discretion over the administration of the Program.
